I oversee social media management, community engagement, PR, influencer marketing, and customer support. Leading a team of eight, I orchestrate communication strategies and occasionally engage directly in their implementation. My stakeholders in creating communication initiatives for game launches, updates, events, and promotional campaigns are the game production team, marketing managers, and the Chief Marketing Officer. Furthermore, I am responsible for corporate narratives, messaging, and external communications. Our communication plans extend across social media platforms like X, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, community forums like Discord and Reddit, and online gaming platforms like Steam. The wide selection of content we create includes live streams, videos, stories, news posts, announcements, blogs, and more.

In this global role, I managed the communication strategy for Star Stable Online and upcoming franchises. I led a team responsible for content creation, channel strategy, and community management, collaborating with various departments and external agencies. I developed campaigns to meet business goals, defined investment channels, and measured their impact. Additionally, I managed three agencies and oversaw a team of five.

In this PR role, I managed campaigns and corporate communications, including company narratives and supporting the CEO. I handled global PR tasks such as media relations and press releases and served as the company spokesperson. I also managed agency contacts and briefs, internal communications, town halls, and Q&As. Highlights from a career within King, 12-2010 to 04-2017.
In my various roles, I was responsible for content across all King's games, including Candy Crush, on social media. Together with my team, I built and managed an online community of 140 million followers across various brands and platforms.
I delivered over 40 million organic impressions per month on Candy Crush social media in 2017 and integrated CSR campaigns with (RED) and WWF. I developed and managed the social media campaign for the worldwide launch of the Candy Crush franchise.
I also created and implemented an App Store Optimization (ASO) playbook, and underwent training in self-management, leadership, and agile methodologies with a professional coach.
I had line management responsibility and managed a budget.

I managed internal communication, ensuring timely information sharing between teams, planning updates, and handling last-minute changes. I worked with the C-suite and CEO as a junior consultant, demonstrating strong business acumen.
